Rates, Deposits and Policies:
We ask our guests to help us maintain our
beautiful, clean environment by abiding by our no smoking, and no pets rule . We
have many animals to
meet- introducing a new animal in their midst can cause extra excitement for the
animals and for you and us.

Policies: |
We are a totally smoke free farm. There is no smoking permitted anywhere
on the farm indoors or out.
Adult supervision is required at the pool at all times.
A working farm has lots of action. We want your family to become involved with
our farm rhythm learning self-reliant skills but we need your vigilant
supervision of your young persons for their safety. |

Deposits & More: |
|
50% deposit is required for all stays.
Credit Cards are accepted through Pay pal. Checks made out
to RoseBarb Farm are preferred.
Check in time is from 3:00pm – 8:00pm and checkout out by 11:00 am. Special
arrangements can be made on request.
Stays greater than six nights are welcome. Call host to make arrangements at
607-539-6928.

3 nights - $500
4 nights - $600
5 nights - $700
6 nights - $800
each additional night up to 2 weeks total:

There is a 2 night minimum required stay at a rate of $175.00/ night, local and state tax not included.
The farm cottage is available at a weekly rate of $800, local and state tax not included.

Cancellation policy: 100% if cancellation made 2
weeks prior to stay, 50% if cancellation made less
than 2 weeks but up to 1 week prior to stay.
