Rita Rosenberg and Don Barber have lived on the RoseBarb farm near Ithaca, New York for two decades. Our love of the land and the area will become obvious.  We’re convinced that you will find this piece of paradise as enchanting and peaceful as we do.

Don is an Ithaca native who grew up on a nearby dairy farm, and is currently the Town Supervisor and a home builder. He has many life experiences he will share with you through his stories as you walk the land with him and his horses or by an evening bonfire.

Rita moved to Ithaca 33 years ago from Rhode Island, and has grown to become quite the “farm girl”! She recently retired from 35 years in education and loves working in her garden, harvesting and preserving vegetables and fruit, preparing homegrown meals, and helping bring in the year’s supply of hay.  

We love sharing our "Ithaca Cottage" on the farm with our guests, neighbors, friends and family, and we look forward to sharing it with you.
